The River Roach Oyster Co sells half ware (part grown) pacific rock oysters to other shellfish farmers for on growing, The most popular size oyster for this is 45g (with a market size starting at 85g). Buying at this size helps to prevent the predator and disease problems associated with growing from a smaller size.
